The Pet Sitter Consultation - No Charge:
I come to your house, meet you and the pets. I'll go over your emergency information, and you can show me what to do. I'll also need a key (required). New clients must call me for a consultation at least five days before your scheduled trip. Existing clients may call at any time.
Vacation drop-in visits - $15-$18/visit, depending on location:
Each visit up to 30 minutes: I will provide food, water, walks for dogs, potty stops outside, clean up, scoop litter, change bedding, administer medication, general health check, attention, and play time. No extra charge for medication (including shots), provided the pet is willing. All of your pets are included. If more than 30 minutes to do everything, the hourly rate will apply.
For the home, I will pick up mail and paper, change lighting, water plants, take out trash, and check for home incidents such as unlocked doors, flooding, home heating, down trees, etc.
General Pet Sitting Hourly rate - $20: This means time over 30 minutes for whatever comes up that needs my attention.
Supply Run - $15.00: Purchase supplies in your absence, with your permission. A receipt will be provided and the client is responsible for reimbursement of these items.
Daytime Vet visit (one hour) - $30.00*: Includes pickup, transport, visiting with vet, and return home. If more than one hour, add $20/hr.
After hours emergency vet visit - $50.00* Same services as daytime vet visit.

What you get for your money: My best service and peace of mind. I'm not the cheapest pet sitter you'll find, but I'm one of the best in the area. My clients use me again and again!
*I'm insured, bonded, and certified. This can save you $$$$ thousands in a disaster.
*I'm a state-registered, local, tax-paying Kentucky small business. Above-board, and part of my proceeds are donated to charity.
*I'm a former teacher and school volunteer - I've been fingerprinted and background checked. No criminal record of any kind.
*I'm honest, and nothing will be stolen or used without your permission.
*I'm experienced, and will know what to do. Sometimes I can even pass on a helpful idea for you.
*I'm knowledgeable about animal care, behavior, and best practices. If your animal gets sick, I'll notice.
*I'm a homeowner, and know what to do if something goes wrong.
*I'm responsible, and show up on time, every time.
*You get me every time, not a rotation of different sitters.
*I will take care of your home and leave it neat and clean. (Assuming you left it that way.)
*I'm careful, and make sure your doors are locked, the alarm is set, and everyone gets what they need.
*I'm communicative and will keep in touch in a timely manner every step of the way. You will get daily communication, photos, and videos, unless you don't want them.
*I'm caring and an animal lover - your pets will be treated gently and with affection. They will be as happy as I can make them!
Think about it - would you get all this from the neighbor's kid or a random college student?
